Starting tomorrow, August 15, the Ladies Academy schedule is as follows:

Tuesday 8:30am - 9:30 am : Cardio Tennis
Friday 11:00am - 12:30pm : Advanced Cardio (NTRP 3.5 and above only, men are welcome)
Friday 12:30pm - 1:30 pm: 2.5 Clinic
