Breakdown of Clinic Activities
11:00am -11:45am Warm up and Rally Ball Work
11:45am-12:30pm mental toughness drills, Precision Point Sequence drills, serving work
12:30pm-1:30 lunch and daily handout with lecture explaining it
1:30pm-3:00pm Match Play (Students will be coached throughout these matches in order to better prepare them for tournament play.)
Supplemental Material-Students will be lectured on and provided with handouts concerning nutrition, mental toughness, and match preparation.
